How to Order Online
Step 1 - Add Product into Shopping Cart with the selected quantity.
Step 2 - Click Shopping Cart button (top-right side). A shopping list will prompt out.
Step 3 - You can modify the product quantity, check the total price before proceed to checkout.
Step 4 - Fill in your particular, shipping contact.
Step 5 - Click "Next" to proceed.
Step 6 - Click on the button "Order Online"
Step 7 - Bank in the payment, and provide us with the bank-in detail with the form provided.
Our Mistake
If for some reason we made a mistake in filling the correct order, we will refund the full amount of the item including the cost of the return shipping. Please inform us the actual full amount of the return shipping for us to apply this cost to the refund.
Exchance Or Refund
Please note that pioneerfeed.com.my implement a NO REFUND POLICY to avoid regular returners. Please be informed that we do not bear the cost of packaging, insurance and shipping for the returned item in exchange for a new item. The item must then be carefully packed and returned to us in good condition within seven (7) days of notification of intent to exchange.
